Details
Tariffs are for renting the property per week. Prices do not include flights, travel insurance, car hire or transfers. Car hire and transfers can be arranged upon request and paid locally in Turkish Lire, Pounds Sterling or Euros.
Prices do include Maid service, linens (except beach towels), 24 hour security, maintenance and welcome pack.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £150 is required, which is refundable within 7 days from the end of the booking, provided no damage or loss has occurred. Payment may be done via electronic transfer via the internet, cheque or Paypal (although Paypal payments will incur a surcharge of 3%).
The deposit must be received within 4 days of the provisional booking being made. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement. For information purposes only, a copy of this document can be found here: Rental Agreement.
Changeover day is normally Monday, as this is when the majority of flights leave from the UK, however arrival on another day may be acceptable but may incur an additional charge.
Flights to Dalaman Airport depart from most UK airports and take approx 4 hrs, with transfer time 90 minutes. Upon arrival at Dalaman airport, before heading for Passport Control, you must first go to the Visa counter to obtain a visa. This is very simple and involves receiving a stamp in your passport. It is important to have a £10 note (or $20 note for US citizens) to pay for this. They won't accept Turkish Lire. It is worth noting that food and drink at this airport is not cheap, so on your return journey it might be worth bringing your own.
We generally arrange transfers and car rental for our guests. Fees are paid locally in either GBPounds, Turkish Lire or by credit/debit cards. We use Enes Rentacar, a very reliable and friendly company, whose prices are competitive. You can visit their website here: www.enesrentacar.net.

- Car Rental for Fiat Alba or Renault Clio is £25 per day for 1-3 days or £23 per day for 4+ days
- Car Rental for Ford Focus or Hyundai Elantra is £28 per day (1-3 days) or £25 (4+ days)
- Minibus rental is £40 per day (1-3 days) or £35 per day (4+ days).
Prices include tax and insurance. All vehicles are air conditioned and if you wish to pick up your car at the airport, delivery is free.
Flights
By arriving on a Monday, you avoid weekend surcharges and if you can avoid public/school holidays, the prices drop significantly.
We recommend trying the following companies first: **www.aegeanflights.com, www.charterflights.co.uk, www.flythomascook.com or Skydeals on 0800 757757. It's worth trying several different websites, as they don't all deal with the same airlines. Aegeanflights tend to use the Turkish airline, Onur Air, which is perfectly satisfactory, except they don't serve meals or have in-flight entertainment. On the positive side, their prices are cheaper, particularly if you can book well ahead.
